Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping cost

Free on every order. There is no minimum. Shipping is shown as $0.00 at checkout.

Where your order ships from

Our items are dispatched from our supplier's warehouse in China.

How long it takes

Orders are passed to the supplier the same or next business day. The carrier's quoted delivery window is 7–13 days after dispatch.

Please allow up to 3 weeks from order to doorstep. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday start processing the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to begin updating after you receive it.

Delays

Customs, carrier backlogs and severe weather can add time, and these are outside our control. If your order is significantly past the window above, email andrewyoung02@icloud.com and we will chase it.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please check it — we cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched, and a parcel returned to sender because of an incorrect address can only be refunded minus shipping.
