Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at andrewyoung02@icloud.com with your order number. We will reply with a return address. Please do not send anything back before you have that address — parcels sent to an unlisted address cannot be traced or refunded.

Who pays for return shipping

You pay return postage unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We will replace it or refund it in full, and in most cases you will not need to return it.

Cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full if the order has not yet been dispatched.
