60-day returns — opened or not

If it doesn't work for you, send it back within 60 days. We'll refund the full purchase price. We pay return shipping on anything that arrived defective. On change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping (one flat $8 label from your order page).

Warranty

3-year warranty on all hardware (zippers, buckles, straps). Covers manufacturing defects and non-cosmetic wear-through under normal use.

Replace It Free refurb program

If a non-cosmetic hardware part fails within 3 years, we ship you a factory-refurbished unit at no cost. You return the original. We re-refurb and re-sell it as a factory second.
