Is the Boot Pack really carry-on compliant?

Yes. 22 × 14 × 9 in, which is at or under the limit for all major US carriers (Delta, United, American, Alaska, Southwest, JetBlue). Internationally, it's at the limit for most — verify with your specific carrier.

Can I fit AT boots in it?

Yes. Internal boot pockets are sized to US men's 13 alpine or 13 AT. Snowboard boots fit with room to spare.

What's the vented bottom for?

Ski boots are the wettest, smelliest part of your trip. Sealed-bottom bags trap that moisture against the fabric. Our bottom is a vented EVA tray — the moisture leaves, the fabric stays dry.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 2 business days. Standard US delivery is 2–4 business days. Free over $75.

What's the return policy?

60 days, opened or not. If it isn't right for you, we pay return shipping. One click from your order page.

Replace It Free — how does that work?

Zippers wear. Straps fray. If a non-cosmetic hardware part fails within 3 years, we send you a refurb unit free. You send yours back, we refurb and re-sell it as a factory second.
